Are you looking to join a company that offers progression and looks after their employees! My client, a well-established company based in Medway are looking for a Support Technician to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate will be a technically minded, forward-thinking individual who ensures 5-star customer service at all times. My client is looking for somebody who has a wealth of experience within customer service and a personable demeanor.

Duties:

* Liaising with customers and troubleshooting any questions
* Updating internal databases
* Coaching customers through any queries they have ensuring 5-star customer service
* Gathering customer feedback to share with internal teams
* Accurately track own performance
* Attending company events when necessary

Ideal Candidate Must have/be:

* Customer Service experience (Essential)
* A methodical thinker and problem solver
* Computer skills
* Innovative and proactive.
* Can effectively work with others
