This is an interesting role for a Project Administrator supporting charitable & community programmes. You will be working closely with the Accounts Manager to ensure you deliver outstanding service to the client. This role is a six month contract.
You will undertake administrative and customer service support and carry out research on the businesses behalf. You will also be responsible for maintaining databases to ensure records are up to date, acting as a first point of contact for clients via email and telephone, and manually inputting data into a computer system.
Confidentiality is key in this position, as is the ability to carry out telephone and internet research. It is essential you have experience of using Excel and Microsoft Forms to create reports and questionnaires. You will be tested at interview on your Excel knowledge- specifically Pivot Tables & V Look Up.
Requirements
Minimum of three years working in an office environment
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of handling data in a confidential manner and manually inputting data into computer system
Fast and accurate data entry
Experience of using Excel and Microsoft programmes
Experience of desk and telephone research
Hours
Monday - Friday - Part or Full time hours available
