This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and highly committed Customer Service Advisor with experience or an interest in IT.
Duties include:
* Providing first-level contact and problem resolution for customers with issues.
* Providing high level support to over 25,000 customers
* Assisting in the troubleshooting with network issues.
Ideal candidate will have:
* At least one year's previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support.
* A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment.
* Great communication skills are a must.
* A strong teamwork ethic is essential.
