Premier Work Support is pleased to be partnering with a very successful FMCG business based in Dartford, to recruit a permanent Supply Chain Coordinator.
As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all purchase administration and supplier communications, working closely with the Inbound Manager. Liaising with the supply chain Outbound Team, you will ensure all inbound planning and operations at the Dartford site.
* Provide day to day support to the Inbound Manager
* Facilitate orders and administration for Suppliers advising the Inbound Manager on daily inbound status and service
* Responsible for resolving all invoice queries with Suppliers and Finance department
* Receive all goods into stock, booking in deliveries arrivals with the warehouse (Outbound) and updating Purchase Orders
* Monitor OTIF on a daily basis, reporting weekly/monthly to Management
Ideal experience
* Solid experience of purchasing and supplier management within Manufacturing
* FMCG or Foodservice background
* Experience in managing and leading
* Understand HACCP, GMP and BRC requirements
This is a Monday to Friday role with the hours of 9am - 5:30pm
