We have an exciting opportunity for a C# Software Developer to join my clients dynamic and busy team.

Their Teams

You will work in a squad of .NET developers and to develop products and technology that will serve the needs of our tenants and internal customers, for example:

* Using the latest Microsoft tooling to build online interactive systems for our customers to check their tenancy information, rent payments, log repairs jobs etc
* Using the latest Microsoft integration tools to build integrations with our MDM and operational / back-office systems
* Building a user-friendly enterprise document management solution

The Person

We are going through digital transformation to become a data driven organisation, so we are looking for candidates who are self-motivated and are passionate about learning and improving code to deliver great value to the business.

You will need to:

* Work within an agile engineering squad to design, develop and maintain robust and reliable solutions, to defined IT requirements. In line with departmental standards, procedures, and the architectural framework
* Encourage continuous improvement and problem-solving skills, with a strong emphasis on quality and engineering excellence
* Write clean, scalable code using .NET programming languages

Experience & Skills

You may be a good fit if you have the following:

* Proven experience as a Full Stack .NET Developer with skills in ASP .NET MVC (.NET Framework and .NET Core), C#, HTML/CSS, Sass, JavaScript, JQuery, PowerShell
* Experienced in TDD using xUnit, NUnit or equivalent
* SQL Server (TSQL, Stored Procedures, CTE etc)
* Design/architectural patterns
* Experience of working with microservices, preferably using containerisation tools such as Docker and architecture styles/APIs (REST)

* Familiarity with serverless application architecture such as Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and integration
* CI/CD based on AzureDevOps pipelines, Git, TeamCity, and Octopus
* Experience in Agile / Scrum principles
* Experience with full lifecycle delivery with strong SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) practices and methodologies
* Awareness and understanding of key DevSecOps and cloud concepts including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS

* Security: Familiarity with best practices for credential management in highly secure environments.
* Good communication skills (both in written and verbal forms)
