bemix is a growing Kent and Medway Specialist SEND Post-16 provider and social enterprise with a passion for co-production and inclusion.
We are seeking an inspiring and insightful Educational leader who will value being immersed in a team that is highly supportive and nurturing.
Someone who wants to share their energy and experience and work at the heart of our leadership and teaching team, leading on the curriculum across Supported Internships and our new Preparation for Employment programme.
This key role lends itself to someone who has vision and creativity accompanied by the passion and belief that all young people with learning disabilities and/or autism can achieve their work aspirations and reach their full potential.
The role would best suit someone with a strong SEND education track record, and importantly a person that thrives from supporting teachers in developing their practice and in seeing the positive impact this has on both the teachers and young people in their journey with us.
An integral part of the role will be working in an intuitive and supportive manner alongside the Head of Supported Employment and Senior Leadership team, to strategically and operationally develop the programme, drawing on your past experience, bringing insight and co-exploring new ideas and opportunities.
