Online Chat Assistant - Monday 4th April Start!

£9.50 an hour
Our client is seeking an Online Chat Assistant to join their team, this is a working from home position and is starting on Monday 4th April. Equipment will be provided.
You will be assisting the public with any queries they have and providing great customer service ensuring all their queries are answered. Some of the responsibilities will include:
* Answering any queries, and dealing with these in a professional and efficient manner
* General administration duties
* Providing great customer service
The ideal candidate:
* Have experience within a customer facing role
* Have great communication skills
* Organised and motivated
