An exciting opportunity to join a leading firm based in Maidstone. You will have 12 months experience of working in recruitment or HR and looking to join a busy HR Team. The role is hybrid so will offer the option to work from home.
Duties
- Liaising with hiring managers and assisting with all aspects of recruitment
- Reviewing applications
- Arranging and conducting interviews and assessments
- Assisting with implementing a core Learning & Development programme
- Dealing with work experience programme
- Other ad hoc duties
