Fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join my client based on the outskirts of Maidstone on a permanent and full-time basis.
Duties include;
* Raising purchase orders
* Processing purchase invoices
* Reconcile supplier statements
* Posting supplier payments
* Completing supplier credit account application forms
* Bank and credit card reconciliations
* Carrying out customer credit checks
* Completing CIS Returns and processing subcontractor invoices
* Petty cash reconciliations
* Processing card payments from customers
Suitable candidates will have previous experience gained from working in a similar role. AAT qualifications would be a benefit but not essential and Sage experience is essential.
