Porchlight’s mental health services support some of the most vulnerable and excluded people in Kent. We make a difference to thousands of people’s lives every year.
This new role will focus on our highly successful Live Well Kent and Medway service, leading on working with our network partners who provide a range of services, including peer support, employment, recovery services, and supported accommodation. We’re looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual, who is passionate about high quality services, and strong partner stewardship and collaboration.
You’ll be confident in leading on relationship and performance management, service review and development, with the ability to effectively manage risk. You will be a highly skilled communicator, with experience of working with a range of stakeholders.
The role requires highly motivated and strong service leadership skills in developing staff, ensuring they work effectively and independently.
This is a new role within the team, so there is scope to shape how it works and build on the success of the service across Kent and Medway. If you want to bring your skills and enthusiasm into an organisation that’s passionate about changing lives, then this is the job for you.
The role requires:
-Experience of managing effective and safe service delivery, including quality assurance structures and systems
-Ability to review and analyse management information to ensure contracts requirements are met, and services continue to develop
-Experience of overseeing and managing budgets, ensuring the service(s) operate within limit.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills with a range of stakeholders
Interview date: 16th February 2022
Contract: Fixed Term Until March 2023
Working Pattern: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with some flexibility required
