Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm

Fantastic entry level role within a construction company for a bright, enthusiastic candidate looking for an office-based administration role. This is a growing business where you will have the opportunity to learn the ropes and progress long term!



Duties include:

* General administration duties including filing, typing
* Maintaining spreadsheets
* Data entry and order processing
* Answering the phone and dealing with enquiries
* Use of all MS Office applications



The successful candidate will be/have:

* A positive, team player, who is a self-starter and uses initiative to complete tasks
* Professional and confident in dealing with people
* Educated to a good standard - A Level and above preferred
* An understanding of the need for discretion in a professional environment
* Excellent written communication and organisation skills
* Proficiency using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Strong attention to detail
* Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task.
* Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively.
* Some office-based administration experience would be an advantage
