Our client a leading business in their field are looking to recruit an experienced HR professional for an HR Coordinator role. You will be responsible for supporting the business and the HR Team and will ideally have at least 6 months HR experience.
Duties
- Produce HR documentation including Contracts of Employment, leaver and starter letters and references
- Coordinate the appointment process for successful applicants
- Support users on the Cascade HR system including resolving or supporting the resolution of problems where required.
- Updating of staff records on the HR system
- Ensure that the company is DBS compliant
- Ensure all associated payroll paperwork, including new starter and leaver records, contractual changes are processed and submitted appropriately
- Create appropriate reports for monitoring and auditing employee data, training, and performance
- Keep all department data up to date
- Assist with the annual pay review, prepare spreadsheets and letters
- Provide basic advice on employment terms, conditions, policies and procedures to staff and managers.
Salary up to £23,000
