A busy manufacturing and distribution company based in Maidstone are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
You will need to be highly organised, customer focused and flexible in your approach to daily tasks.
You will be working in a small team and when its busy you will be asked to assist with other ad-hoc duties.
Duties will include:
* Answering incoming phone calls
* Replying to customer and supplier emails
* Processing orders
* Printing off despatch labels
* Arranging deliveries
* Assist with deliveries
* To accurately process all stock data for receipts and despatches in a timely manner
* To move products in and out of the warehouse as appropriate
* To manage the logistical side of the operation
* To pick and pack goods for customer orders
* To ensure products loaded are safe for transit
Hourly rate - £9.30ph
Free parking onsite
Monday - Thursday 7am-3.45pm and Friday 7am-2.30pm
