We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team at DPK.
Are you an energetic, forward thinking, adventurous chef? Then why not join our talented team at Deal Pier Kitchen who have already received recognition in the Times, The Telegraph and the Guardian for creating one of the best spots to eat on the south coast.
The role is day time only apart from Friday and Saturday evenings. 50 hours per week, 28 days holiday, with a competitive salary offered and an additional quarterly bonus scheme, giving you the potential to earn an additional 15% of your salary every 3 months.
Our chefs have worked in some of the best restaurants in Kent, including Michelin and Rosette recognised environments. More info on our current menus and location can be found at www.dealpierkitchen.com
Cash tips daily, ranging between £10 - £25 per service, allowing you to earn an extra £500 per month on top of your salary and bonus scheme.
We are a Brunch and Lunch restaurant during the day and transform into a fine dining Steak and Lobster eatery on Friday and Saturday evenings. Our day time service is fast paced and varied whilst our evening service focuses on the best locally sourced ingredients. This creates a fun and energetic environment breading creativity and learning.
We have a top of the range kitchen and soon to install a full induction suite.
