Working within the local authority in Swale we are looking for an experienced individual to manage the implementation of the "Welcome Back Fund" in line with Government requirements and to ensure that all agreed projects are implemented and monitored.
The role requires you to manage a small team of staff, collecting and reporting performance management information to the members of the Senior Management team. You will monitor the budgets and ensure all correct administration is followed and lead on all procurement required.
You will provide advice to all Senior Managers regarding the criteria of the project and provide a high level of internal and external customer service.
Excellent Project Management experience and good financial management and procurement skills are essential. You will have highly developed man management and communication skills and be able to work in a busy environment. You must be fully IT literate and able to travel easily to various sites.
You must have previously worked in a local government setting and be flexible on the hours that you work.
This is a 22.5 hour a week temporary assignment with an immediate start
