PA / Carer to join team helping to support a 40 year old male with Muscular Dystrophy. Full time power wheelchair user needing help with transfers (Using a standing Hoist) , limited personal care (toilets and showers independently). Needs help with cooking / cleaning / household chores and getting dressed / undressed. Also assistance on family days out.
16 hours a week at £12.50 an hour and two sleep in shifts at £80 a night. The position is an employed position and may involve trips to support the individual at his workplace and at his home.
Need a clean driving license and experience of driving an automatic car preferred.
