An opening has arisen within our successful Lettings Department.
We are looking for a full time member of staff who will be based between our Sandwich and Hawkinge offices.
The right person will need to possess excellent organisation skills as we manage a large portfolio of properties.
Primarily, you will be spending time both in and out of the office as in this position you will be responsible for property inspections, liaising with landlords, tenants and contractors. You will also be involved in other areas, such as viewings, check outs, referencing, agreements and tenancy renewals.
No previous experience is required as full training will be given. We are a small dedicated team, finding the right person to join us is important to us. Own car essential.
