Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for Administrator/Receptionist for client in Maidstone.

Working hours: April to October Monday to Friday 9.30am to 6pm, November to March Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

Salary: Competitive DOE

Responsibilities include:

Meet and greet all visitors

Answering and transferring incoming calls

Postal duties- opening, distributing, and franking post on a daily basis, distributing internal post to appropriate departments

Booking of meeting rooms

Hospitality including ordering and providing refreshments for meetings

Booking taxis and ad hoc travel requests

Arrange GoTo meetings for the wider team

Raising purchase orders for invoices as and when required

Assisting with the administration for company vehicles, including pool vehicle(s)

Assisting with general administration as instructed on an ad-hoc basis

Responsible for event booking forms, responses and organising changes where appropriate

Assisting with arrangements and liaison for company events both externally and internally

Attend events as required to support the business

Support internal events, community projects and donations

Ordering office supplies, stationary and equipment and updating/balancing the expense account and Administration credit card
