Role - Remote Sale Advisor
Duration - Full time, Permanent
Location - WFH/With occasional trips into the Kent office
Salary - £18,000 + Fantastic commission scheme + Excellent benefits
Connect2Staff have a fantastic opportunity for a target driven, hardworking and determined individual to join a well-established business in the West Malling area.
You will be working for an organisation that provides energy solutions for the businesses throughout the UK. You will work remotely but occasionally attend meetings in the Kent office.
As a Sales Advisor your role is to continue to help the business grow and acquire and develop a portfolio of business customers through outbound B2B selling. You will be responsible for the full sales process, from contacting prospective customers, identifying their energy requirements through to securing contracts. You will provide excellent service to your customers and develop a pipeline of customers to manage future renewals.
Ideally you will have experience in an outbound sales role, used to high volume calls. However, they will consider candidates from a customer service / upselling background with a positive and can-do attitude!
Key Duties:
* Manage a 360 Degree sale process (prospecting to securing contracts)
* To make outbound B2B telesales calls to prospective customers
* Build strong customer relationships by gathering all energy requirements
* Display strong negotiation, influencing and closing skills
* Explain termination requirements in a clear and precise manner and provide accurate customer quotations using pricing and comparison tools
* Obtaining bespoke pricing from suppliers
* Convert customer quotations into meter sales
* Manage all prospects within the CRM database in an efficient manner
Basic Salary 18k but in the first year your OTE will be 27k
* Year 1 - £27,000
* Year 2 - £35,000
* Year 3 - £40,000+
