Billings/Payments Administrator- Highly Successful International Company based in the heart of Tunbridge Wells
Lovely role - Join a fast-paced, busy team in a fun office environment. Working individually and as part of a team depending on project size, you will take responsibility for allocating and coordinating payments for a variety customer transactions- including some multi-currency work too
This is an ideal opportunity for someone to transition their career away from a call centre, or reduce their commute and work in super-modern offices based locally to Tunbridge Wells.
Paying £22-26,000 depending on relevant skills/experience. Ideal experience would be billings/payments processing experience within a service led environment such as IT, Finance, Banking, Financial Services, although technology, manufacturing, or similar could be considered.
Monday - Friday 9.00-5.30
Great Administrative role with NO CREDIT CONTROL or pressurised targets
Settle and develop in to a career within a team environment, with opportunities to undertake training and development.
This company are an industry-leader within their niche, and supply finance for a UK and international customer base. Day to day, the Payment and Billings team works from modern systems and processes to deliver an efficient administrative service, involving duties such as:- usnig the systems for allocating funds, calculating and authorising transactions based, reconciling accounts and statements, investigating any discrepancies. Applying payments to accounts via CHAPS, BACS and other.
