We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Install Office Manager to oversee our install desk, providing high level SAP, project, and financial management support to field-based Project Managers.
Ultimately you will be responsible for all areas of the install desk, including but not limited to: -
• Providing higher-level use of SAP focusing on checking sales orders, releasing work orders to labour planner, labour planning and pricing
of variations under instruction from Project Managers.
• Providing leadership and training to the install desk team.
• Lodge and manage warranty claims.
• Management of document control systems.
• Investigate billing variations and make adjustments/ recommendations to accounts team.
We are looking for a flexible, professional leader who is a confident decision maker. You will have proven SAP and CAD experience with contract administration awareness as well as proven management experience. You will be an effective communicator use to liaising with various departments including staff and managers who work remotely. Knowledge of the construction industry with the ability to read plans and specifications will be a distinct advantage.
The position is based at our offices in Ashford, but you may be required to travel within the UK and to Holland to fulfil the role. The successful candidate must live within daily commuting distance of our Ashford office.
