Due to continued growth and expansion we are now actively seeking on behalf of our client a Media Sales Executive/Manager to work on one of our market leading international media platforms.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a minimum of 2-3 years media sales experience and is looking for their first opportunity to take ownership of their own media market leading platform.

Job duties -
• Generating and maximising business by phone, email and face to face
• Selling advertising across multiple platforms including print, digital and events
• Maintaining and building existing relationships
• Seek out new business opportunities and develop a strong pipeline
• Plan and prioritise personal sales activities to create and frow excellent client relationships
• Successfully achieve and/or exceed specified individual, team and performance targets (KPI’s)
• Monthly minimum target of £15,000 worth of sales
• Ensure all customer and account information is recorded accurately through CRM whilst developing and maintaining the CRM database to the very highest of standards
• Respond to customer requests and ensure clients receive a timely response
• Write proposals to a high standard that sell the value of solution
• Keeping up to date with marketplace developments
• Attend relevant functions and exhibitions
• Meet targets and deadlines
• Show initiative, bring new ideas to the table
• Regular reports directly into Group Publishing Director and Managing Director

Remuneration
• £22-28 k depending on experience
• Realistic OTE £6 – 12,000 – However commission is uncapped
• Yearly bonus

International travel will be a requirement when possible, this part of the job role is likely to resume in late 2021
