Basic Salary: £18,000

On Target Earnings: £23,000

Location: Medway & North Kent

Hours: Monday to Friday - 08.45 - 17.30

Our Sales Administrators are pivotal to the service we provide our customers and we are looking for an experienced administrator with a good knowledge of estate agency or the conveyancing/mortgage application process to support our offices in Medway & North Kent! Our focus is to provide a premium service at all times and so you will be motivated by making a real difference to peoples’ lives and helping them on their life’s journey at this important time in their lives…..

The Role:

•Delivering a high level of customer service by “out-passioning” our competitors
•You will be responsible for co-ordinating the exchanges and completions of a high number of properties within the necessary timeframes
•Responsible for liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage advisors
•Working to targets and goals
•Supporting the sales team as necessary

•An excellent communicator, both over the phone and written correspondence
