We have a lot of existing relationships and partnerships with schools in Medway area and the need for support when the schools get back on their feet will never be greater. Due to the nature of Secondary Education, despite the schools not running as they typically would at the moment, there always is and always will be a need for education professionals.

Hays are looking for excellent NQTs who are willing to work on a flexible basis; t his opportunity would be perfect for anybody who wants to gain valuable experience in preparation for the next academic year. Are you studying towards your PGCE? Did you know we can give you work in schools on a supply basis even if you have not yet obtained QTS? If you are studying towards obtaining your QTS, we can help you find supply teaching work in schools even if you have not yet obtained your certification. It also provides the added benefit of becoming known to local schools and improving your skills and confidence earlier than anybody else. By registering with us you will also be ready to begin working as an NQT as soon as you have earned your Qualified Teacher Status.

You can work as little or as often as you like, and working supply means that you can have a say in what schools you would like to go to.

We offer long term, contract and permanent work as well as day to day. Also, we can provide CV writing and interview tips to help you take that next step on the career ladder however if this doesn't apply to you but you are aware of someone else, by referring them to us you can earn £250 in high street shopping vouchers.

If you think this is for you then you must meet the following criteria:

- You must have finished your PGCE course (regardless of if you have yet received your certificate).
- You must be able to provide a student reference and a teaching reference from each placement you completed.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK.
