A manufacturing group and leader in their field is looking to create a brand new and exciting role within the business. This professional will be responsible for offering full support to the Finance teams and wider business with the accurate and timely completion of accounting tasks and input into financial and management reporting information that is easily understood and useful for decision making purposes. You will be instrumental in supporting the strategic plan, coordinating forecasting and budget cycles, performing the consolidation and analysis of the company's results and variances.

You will contribute to delivering an effective Finance function; finance processing and reconciliation; business partnering; managing and monitoring accounting risk and compliance.

* Co-ordinate annual Budgeting Process,
* Analysis of risks, scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
* Co-ordinate forecast process, consolidating business rolling forecast submissions and periodic Group forecasts, providing insight into variances to previous forecasts and budgets.
* Support the business in the development of the consistent provision of data and insight across the group; monthly reporting, budget planning and periodic Group management review.
* Support creation of new, relevant and effectiveKPIs to provide insight on, at a minimum:

* Revenues
* Operating margins
* Operating costs
* Working capital efficiency
* Capital expenditure.

You will have previous experience in an FP&A role.

* Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words and Powerpoint).
* Understanding of financial reporting and ERP systems.
* Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
* Extensive stakeholder management capabilities
