HR Advisor - Maidstone - £35,000
Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their division. Working from the new Head Office in Maidstone, using diary management to move around and spend time out in the region. This position will support 12 branches within Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Sussex by delivering a professional and effective range of HR services.
Duties include:
* Provide advice and assistance to management and staff on HR policies, procedures, legislation and employee information.
* Coordinate and advise managers on disciplinary and capability hearings.
* Liaise with managers to develop performance improvement plans for poor performers and monitor performance reviews and progress.
* Assist recruitment campaigns, coordinate exit interview process and report any findings or patterns.
* Regularly liaise with the head office HR team based at our Head Office in Maidstone
The successful candidate will possess:
* One-year HR experience in a generalist HR role
* Confident and effective communicator
* Strong judgement and organisational skills
* Level 5 CIPD or working on this currently
* Full driving license
