Running of the Glamping site on a day to day basis to the required standard providing a first class service to all guests. Working 40 hours each week rotered according to business demands. Shifts will be either 7.30 am until 4.00 pm or 12.00 noon until 8.00 pm. The contract will start mid March ending 1st week of October 2020.
• To meet guests booking into the Glamping site, showing them the facilities and ensuring all paperwork is completed.
• To ensure tents are prepared to the highest standard and ready for the guests arrival.
• To clean tents in between bookings, including arranging laundry of sheets and towels.
• To maintain the campsite area, clearing fire pits and replacing timber and fuel.
• To ensure kitchen and shower facilities are cleaned and maintained daily.
• To prepare breakfast baskets for customers, delivering them when required.
• To report to the Accommodation Manager any maintenance issues, using periods of low occupancy to carry out necessary repairs/redecoration and raising helpdesk radio call/emails.
• To communicate effectively with other departments concerning each glamping guests, thus ensuring their experience from arrival on site until departure is of the highest standard and runs seamlessly.
• To be responsible for health & safety, including fire and emergency evacuation policy within the campsite area.
Preparation of ordering of items for tents i.e. consumables, toiletries etc
