Some people love their car and spend time caring for it, making sure the paint is perfect, washing it every week. Other people still pay a lot of attention to their car, because it gets them from A to B. Whether a person is dedicated to their car, or just keeping it functional, they're the customer base you'll be speaking to on a daily basis at Wrights Autobody Repair.
You'll be front of house, greeting customers as they arrive to drop off their car for repair work, or even just those with questions and enquiries on the phone. You'll be responsible for passing on messages and concerns from customers to the workshop team, as well as other administrative duties like data entry, and processing emails. It's a small team in the office, and you'll be the main face of the company.
To qualify we would like to see experience on a reception desk with administration duties. There will be lots of interaction with the public, and we believe a successful person in this role will be understanding and a good listener, and enjoy keeping busy on the computer using Office products, and have an analytical mindset. It would be useful to have experience of basic finance and bookkeeping duties too, but is not a set requirement.
