A successful manufacturing organisation based in Canterbury is currently recruiting a Customer Service Manager.
* Managing a team of staff and providing direction and training
* Implementing changes to processes, procedures and systems
* Managing customer service levels and ensuring targets are met
* Supporting internal and external teams
* Ensuring all accounts are managed efficiently and effectively
* Excellent staff management skills with the ability to motivate, develop and up-skill a team
* Proven experience managing teams and delivering targets
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to provide excellent customer service
* Excellent IT skills
