Oxon Hoath Country Estate seeks a competent and versatile Maintenance Manager to carry out daily repairs and maintenance tasks as well as co-ordinating larger projects. Experience within an hotel, school, residential home or similar would be desirable but not essential. You will have basic skills in the areas of carpentry, plumbing, electrics, painting & decorating and general buildings maintenance and have a good working knowledge of H&S. You will have the ability to make repairs quickly and to a good standard and take on many different and varied tasks within a day.
This is mainly a hands-on job but the ideal candidate will possess good communication and organisational skills and the ability to liaise with external suppliers and co-ordinate maintenance projects involving more than one trade.
