STP Solutions Ltd are the refurbishment and maintenance specialists! We are looking for the ideal candidate to join our friendly team.
A varied role encompassing all areas of office administration. This is an exciting career opportunity for somebody with enthusiasm to learn and progress within a successful growing company.
This is a full time position, 40 hours per week. Hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
Salary is £18,000-£22,000 depending on previous experience.
You will be part of a small friendly team. We are looking for somebody who is looking to work in a busy office environment. They must have a polite telephone manner with an outgoing, friendly personality who has the enthusiasm and ability to learn new skills quickly and work within the team environment. You will have an interesting and varied role including the following responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls
Dealing with incoming post and deliveries
Dealing with company fleet vehicles ie. Insurances, taxes and services
Welcoming visitors and preparing the meeting room
Working within Excel and Word documents
Raise orders to suppliers
Check invoices against our system to make sure they are correct before accounts process payments
General office admin and admin support for the team
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a busy team environment is key.
