Receptionist
We are searching for temporary Reception cover for a key client in the area for just over 4 consecutive weeks commencing Monday 5th August 2019.
On your day of commencement, you spend the full day sitting with someone and shown the ropes!
Hours of work:
8.30am – 4.00pm Monday to Friday, with 45 minute lunch breaks
Duties include but not limited to:
Answering calls and re-directing accordingly
Directing visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Taking accurate messages
Forwarding messages to mailbox
Issuing visitor badges, asking visitors to quickly read the fire regs notice in the log book
Taking care of deliveries and emailing the appropriate individual when parcel arrives so reception is kept free of parcels
Keeping the reception area safe and tidy
Franking and shipping of parcels using company contractors
Ensuring the internal post is regularly sorted and distributed
Sorting incoming post and placing into appropriate pigeon hole
Placing drinks orders to correct level
Placing stationery orders including photocopy paper and ensuring the delivery arrives in good time#
Checking off the stationery order
