We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Herne Bay Branch.
The role will be mainly Sales driven and will involve gaining new clients, previous experience within recruitment would be desirable but not essential.

The role and responsibilities will be:
• Business development.
• Staff recruitment.
• Dealing with existing workforce on a daily basis.
• Running your own desk.
• Extremely motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Possess good IT skills.
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm we do operate an on-call system.
