Our client who is a Insurance Company is looking for a Damage and Credit Hire Motor Claims Handler to join their expanding Motor Claims department in the Surrey office. The purpose of the role is to work within the Motor Claims team to handle a caseload of Credit Hire and Damage Motor Claims. Main Duties: * Handle a caseload of Accidental Damage, Third Party Liability and Credit Hire C aims * Dealing with Liability queries and enquires * Proactive management approach to handle allocation of files. * Maintaining strong diary management. * Ensuring your portfolio is realistically and accurately reserved in line with best practice * Deal with claims from inception through to settlement * Understand when to utilise external suppliers to ensure the best outcome for the business with minimal claims spend. * Maintain own technical knowledge through training.
