We are looking for a Fire Risk Surveyor to join a Kent-based Local Authority, working in private sector housing on a fixed term contract for 6 months. The salary is between £325 - £375 p/d, depending on experience. Your new role * To carry out compressive surveys on private sector residential buildings that are over 11 meters high * To identify and decide if any has combustible externa cladding * Provide housing advice to tenants, landlords, and agents. * Conduct Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) inspections.
