Established since 2005, my client is recruiting for their next Business Development Manager. This a great opportunity for a pro active sales person to join an expanding, well established business.

This role entails picking up the phone and selling to businesses in the morning and writing proposals, meetings, admin etc in the afternoon.

Person specification:

Previous experience working in a B2B sales environment- consultative sales

You will have stayed in a role long enough to have developed yourself and not job hopped

Reached and exceeded sales targets

Looking for a career in sales, with an great organisation where training training and development is key

Interested in self development, and enjoy growing/ learning and interested in how people think

You will be happy to pick up the phone and sell in a consultative manner to businesses

Willing and happy to have face to face meetings with businesses

Enjoy networking to build relationships and gain business

wanting to earn uncapped commission

You will be very well presented

Excellent telephone manner

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

You will be tenacious and have a can do and willing entrepreneur like attitude

Team player as well as happy to work on your own initiative

You will be naturally competitive

Basic salary for this role depending on experience is 28- 40k plus uncapped OTE- Top earner takes home 80k plus per annum.
