Nestled among rural village life in Staplehurst, Kent, is Frankie’s Farmshop/ Café and Nurseries
Since opening in June 2012, Frankie’s meets the daily needs of local customers who visit to shop, chat, eat, drink and relax. We are a very busy café/restaurant open 7 days a week. Equally as important at Frankie’s is the emphasis on high quality, fresh, home-cooked and regionally sourced food and drink.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual who enjoys working in hospitality and are committed to providing excellent customer service in a busy and popular café as we pride ourselves on repeat custom. The positions available are full time working 5 days pro rota including weekends but NO EVENINGS!
Working in a pressurised environment to provide the best possible service, the responsibilities will include:
Table service
Hosting our busy restaurant
Preparing drinks using a Barista Coffee Machine
Bar work,
Basic Food Preparation
Working on tills,
Answering the phone and Taking bookings.
Excellent communication skills and customer service skills are important; The cafe is very busy with a fast turnover, it is important to be a strong team member with relevant experience.
