The role will have a new business focus and the company are looking for somebody capable of these varied and rewarding duties

Principle Duties and Key Tasks

• Managing sales calls Incoming and Outgoing
• Managing a book of business including a range of Commercial insurance products
• Ensuring that warranties, endorsements and additional products are identified and made aware to the client
• Building rapport’s, understanding individual requirements and recommending the best products/services
• Preparing Market presentations for both New Business and Renewal Reports
• Liaising with Insurers and Clients pre and post-sale of New Business or Renewal
• Cross selling other products through existing clients
• Generate own leads as well as converting existing warm leads
• Ensuring company and personal targets for New Business & Renewal retention are met or exceeded
• Referral development & lead generation
• Converting New Business enquiries in line with or in excess of company targets
• Converting renewal business in line with or in excess of company targets

£23000-£40000 DOE plus commission
