Go Produce are currently recruiting for a talented and ambitious Production Manager to join a market leader in the FMCG sector. This role will be very challenging but also very rewarding. Your role will be to lead and develop an efficient production operation in line with the site plan and the business KPIs, in a cost-effective manner monitoring, managing an controlling Pack house KPI and ensuring production is quality lead.



Job Role

Liaising with the Operations Director you will be required to drive the Continuous Improvement process to achieve better cost effectiveness, productivity, quality and hygiene whilst developing your team to perform and grow in their roles. You will need to focus on ensuring effective costing measurements are adhered too ensuring thr pack house complies with the latest regulation and applicable auditing bodies requirements



Part of the role will be to build and develop key relationships with customers ensuring requirements are met and where possible exceeded as well as communicating information across effectively to the rest of your team ensuring best practice is implemented, controlled and maintained.



Actively Managing Staff development and training requirements, attendance and absences working in conjunction with all departments



You must have the ability to be reactive to changing operational situations and Constantly analyse the departmental needs to ensure continual improvement



Ideal Candidate



* An Experienced Production Manager in the FMCG Sector

* A strong character who can engage with the team to drive performance levels.

* Strong communication skills to deliver information to your team, customers and suppliers effectively.

* Proactive problem solver

* A positive can do attitude to engage well with your team

* Excellent communication skills to build key relationships with customers and suppliers

* Strong IT skills

* Ability to demonstrate historical results of improvements

* Ability to demonstrate historical result on meeting and exceeding client expectations

* Detailed knowledge of BRC latest version
