My client is a law firm based in Mid Kent with clients throughout the United Kingdom, Europe, the Far East, South America, Australia and the USA.

As an experienced Residential Solicitor, you will be joining an expanding team, handling a case-load of Sales, Purchases, Re- Mortgages and Transfer of Equity for both Freehold and Leasehold properties.
The successful applicant will have the following skills;
A passion for property law, and an ability to demonstrate a real technical understanding of all processes from beginning to completion.
Have a minimum of 1 year plus, experience managing case-loads, covering the full spectrum of residential property matters.
Be driven ambitious and have determination to progress your career further, within a forward thinking and modern practice.
