Our client is currently developing their Accounts & Finance division and looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their busy team.
Negotiable salary depending on experience plus uncapped commission
They envisage that this person will become Head of Accounts & Finance Recruitment within 12-24 months, but they're also open to applications from individuals who are currently in a management role looking for a new challenge.
As a business they have high ambition to continue to grow year on year and therefore require an individual who can match that ambition to develop their own career.
The role is a 360 position and you will be recruiting at all levels (Accounts Junior to FD & CFO level) on a temporary, contract and permanent basis.
There are no boundaries on the locations you recruit for and although your core business will be Kent and London, you will be able to recruit anywhere across the UK.
You will be given active clients to account manage and develop further however you will also be expected to develop a new client base to grow your desk and the division.
Duties will include:
Working as an Accounts & Finance specialist, recruiting for all levels from Accounts Junior to FD/CFO level
Responsible for temporary, contract and permanent positions
Business development of both active and new clients
Build candidate database for a high calibre talent portfolio
Visit clients weekly to discuss current and future requirements along with service reviews of past performance
Advising clients and candidates on salaries, market trends and deliver an all-round consultation for their recruitment process
Tender and present to clients for PSL’s
Producing and assisting with marketing campaigns
Cross-sell other divisions in the group (which you will be financially rewarded for)
Writing and posting job adverts
Resourcing for suitable candidates through all methods including job boards, LinkedIn and social media
Assessing applications for suitability
Administration duties including processing time sheets, updating the in-house database with client and candidate information and ad-hoc duties as and when required
Ideally our client is looking for someone who is experienced working in a finance recruitment position and will be fully conversant with accountancy/finance terminology and roles, however they will consider candidates who have been successful recruiters in other sectors and can demonstrate their transferable skills.
You will be given a good salary to match your experience along with a competitive commission structure, giving you the opportunity for excellent earning potential.
Working hours are 8.30am - 5.00pm, however you will be expected to meet the needs of the business outside of these core hours.
