Go Resource are an Independent recruitment business who are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Operations Manager for their business based in Kent who can manage, lead and add substantial growth to an established team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful agency looking to further expand.



Job Requirements



Suitable candidates will have previous Recruitment experience at Operations or Senior Management Level minimum of 3 years and will be reporting directly to the owner of the business. You will have a solid and progressive recruitment career to date and be a strong business developer. You will have a background in managing and developing teams with a firm understanding of the placement of both temporary and contract workers. It is essential that you are a car owner/driver to be considered for this role.



Responsibilities / Duties:



* Experience of recruiting and managing a team of Consultants with the ability to lead, develop and mentor

* Strong sales skills and experience in business development.

* Strong team player with proven success of growing a team and its business

* Experience at working under pressure

* Highly presentable with excellent communication and presentation skills

* Work with the team to develop and execute recruitment plans

* Research and recommend new sources for finding candidates

* Conduct regular follow up meetings with the team to determine the success of the recruitment plans

* Conduct pre interview assessments

* Maintain recruitment data in applicant tracking system



Skills/Attributes



* Only candidates with previous recruitment experience will be considered for this role.

* 3 years minimum experience in sales recruiting

* Ability to work with various departments and understand their specific requirements

* Proven candidate sourcing and relationship developing skills

* Strong time management skills and analytical thinking.

* Detail oriented with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multi-task on a variety of different tasks.

* Ability to work under stringent deadlines

* Proactive in challenging status quo to drive change for the business

* Communication and influencing

* Commercial awareness
