Go Resource Group are currently looking for a Night Shift Multi : Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our clients based near North Kent.



We are looking for a candidate who is willing to work as part of a team, the successful candidate will be responsible for fault finding and repair a range of food manufacturing equipment including maintenance and fitting of new parts. The working shift will be 4on/4off, from 6pm. to 6am.



Key Responsibilities



* Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work

* Diagnosing breakdown problems

* Repairing of equipment including fabrication

* Fitting new parts

* Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns



Key Skill and Experience Requirements



* Ideally mechanically bias, with a good understanding of electrical

* Engineering Qualifications

* Exposure to food manufacturing

* Welding experience but not essential

* There are PLCs on site, the successful candidate must be able to fault find



Other Role Requirements



The role involves some manual handling and the ability to withstand working in cold storage conditions on a daily basis, This role also requires an alert disposition, working in the vicinity of forklift and moving machinery.
