Can be based from home anywhere-Clark James Insurance Recruitment are working with an exciting, expanding, award winning chartered Kent based Insurance broker who are keen to grow and are looking for someone to be employee number one in a new sales team which would be home/field based with a view of creating a satellite sales office in another location.

They are happy to look at someone in the northern or western home counties, they are very open minded on location. You must be able to report to Kent on an occasional basis.

We are looking for someone with a strong track record and stable, solid history of generating Commercial Insurance business across a variety of classes, someone looking for flexibility and an exciting new challenge. The company is particularly interested in someone who can offer new business skills in a more niche area of Insurance.

50% of leads will be supplied with 50% self generated and you will be fully supported with a skilled team of account handlers and administrators, all the tools you need will be provided to sell and convert business including competitive agency facilities, company car, laptop, phone etc.

The successful applicant will have the ability to not only generate business but to build a team around them with a view of progressing to an area sales manager and eventually director of the business within 5 years.

We are looking for a good technical understanding of commercial Insurance as well as a steady career history/track record and an appetite to succeed.

The basic salary is flexible depending on experience and the broker will also offer an attractive commission structure on top of this tailored to the individual. The company operates a group structure and there is the opportunity for the right candidate, after they have proven themselves, to help build additional businesses within the group and drive future success.
