Clark James Financial Services are working with a highly successful boutique IFA who are seeking an experienced Financial Services Paraplanner / Practice Manager to provide effective technical support to the Director specialising in Personal Financial Planning for HNW clients.

Role

• Analyses of existing client data.
• Obtaining information and providing research on existing Pensions and Investments held by clients.
• Arrange meetings with existing clients
• Produce all relevant paperwork and regulatory requirements for the principal to present solutions to clients.
• Produce compliant and detailed Suitability Reports from templates.
• Manage case workflows for case processing, withdrawals, surrenders including liaison with external providers to ensure all service are delivered within contracted deadlines
• Assist in the management of client relationships, receiving client phone calls and providing information of a technical nature if requested. Delivering high quality of client experience
• Produce regular client portfolio reviews, technical and industry updates.
• Manage practice procedures and processes including CPD, file maintenance and regulatory record keeping including taking responsibility for compliance with data protection and consumer credit licensing requirements.
• Compliance - understand and adhere to the conpany's systems and regulatory requirements and, where appropriate, comply with all relevant regulatory policies.

Candidate

• Must have excellent technical knowledge of Pensions, Investment and Protection products for private clients, gained within an IFA environment
• Progression with the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent, with a minimum of R01, R02, R03 & R04 and prepared to continue with studying
• Highly IT literate with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and experience in the use of financial services research tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Highly organised, with a high level of accuracy

• Basic salary - highly competitive subject to experience and professional qualifications
