We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Customer Service Manager to coordinate multiple contracts across Canterbury, Thanet and Dover, although on occasions it may be necessary to go to East Grinstead.
The chosen individual will be able to communicate effectively at all levels, successfully maintain and promote customer and client relationships, monitor and report on satisfaction and provide a response service to any queries and complaints.
Requirements of the Customer Service Manager will be;

To recruit and induct new employees.
*
Managing employee issues on a day to day basis, liaising with the team to identify problems and resolve any complaints.
*
Contribute with ideas for best practice and implement and manage any change where needed.
*
Complete all necessary administration accurately and on time.
This is not a nine to five position and the ideal candidate with be open minded with flexibility towards hours. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic and forward thinking individual who can commit to this role putting the customer as the focus of everything they do.
The role comes with a company vehicle.
