Role
This is a self employed opportunity paying excellent levels of commission combined with the full support and guidance of a national recruitment business.
This is a fast paced role with no two days being the same
You will be expected to service new and existing clients recruitment needs along with proactively canvassing for new business opportunities by speaking with key decision-makers to work with you as a supplier of choice
Liaising effectively at all levels up to MD
Coaching and offering career guidance to candidates
Candidate
Able to demonstrate an ability to confidently communicate with candidates and clients
Forward thinking
Resilient
Positive, well-rounded and engaging personality
Ability to multi-task
Target driven, money motivated with solid evidence to support their suitability for a role in a fast-paced target driven environment
Experience
Previous recruitment experience not essential however an advantage
Proven background in a direct sales environment
Package
Negotiable for the right candidate
