A well respected and growing residential developer with a strong track record of delivering high-quality housing across London and the South East. Known for well‑designed schemes, reliable delivery, and long‑standing partnerships with local authorities and housing associations, they continue to expand their development pipeline.They are now beginning a new phased 100‑unit scheme in East London (RM postcode) and are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead this flagship project. The project is due on site imminently with the site management team in post within the next 6 weeks. The project is traditional build 4 - 5 storey buildings.

Your new role
As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for day‑to‑day site operations on this multi‑phase residential development. You will manage subcontractors, ensure quality and safety standards are met, and drive the programme to successful completion.
Your role will include:
Managing all phases of a 100‑unit residential scheme (30-40 live units at peak)
Overseeing quality, compliance and handover standards
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme performance
Maintaining high levels of site safety, documentation, and reporting
Working closely with technical, commercial, and senior management teams
Representing the business professionally with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
This is a key leadership role requiring strong control, communication, and delivery focus.

What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager within residential housebuildingStrong track record delivering multi‑unit schemes (£10m+ ideal)
Excellent construction knowledge and sequencing skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate a busy site team
Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS (Black/Gold)
Strong i.t skills
