Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator | Westerham | £22,000-£26,000 DOE + Commission

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our clients’ team as a Trainee Sales & Lettings Negotiator. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a rewarding career in property within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will receive full training, allowing you to gain valuable knowledge and skills to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the sale & letting of residential properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct property viewings, ensuring a professional and engaging experience for clients
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Negotiate sales, ensuring the best possible outcomes for all parties.
• Manage a database of available properties and match them to potential clients.
• Assist in marketing properties, including creating property listings and coordinating advertising campaigns.
• Support administrative tasks, maintain records, liaise with solicitors and other estate agents and adhere to onboarding compliance
• Stay informed about local market trends and property values.
