Business Process Analyst/Project Manager
Supply Chain/Manufacturing experience
£270 - £320 pd Outside IR35
Hybrid in Portsmouth

You will be working for a food packing company based in the Portsmouth area.

The role will be supporting the ERP implementation specialist with a full implementation of Oracle across their site. You will be supporting them to coordinate, implement, and develop complex supply chain processes and activities within the ERP system, liaising with the current supply chain team to ensure business continuity within the switch from the current system to the new ERP system.

This will involve supporting on

* Engage with business stakeholders to document and analyse current processes across manufacturing / supply chain, and related functions.
* Identify gaps and inefficiencies in legacy processes
* Support process redesign workshops.
* Support the testing, training, and go-live support phases.
* Monitor progress and report on risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop deep Oracle ERP implementation knowledge to support future roles.

About you

You will have developed good business process analysis knowledge with a project environment, comfortable working with stakeholders and supporting an Oracle ERP implementation expert who will be leading the implementation.
You will have worked previously within a Supply Chain or manufacturing environment and be comfortable working across the shop floor engaging with stakeholders as required.
You do not need ERP or Oracle knowledge, but any experience would be desirable.

£270 - £320 per day outside scope
